  • In addition to private offices, shared workspace, and dedicated desks, lounges and galleries, Vault Virginia offers convenient access and member discounts at The Bradbury Café. Convening spaces are available for meetings of various sizes and purposes. Indoor bicycle parking is provided. We produce a monthly calendar of engaging socials and unique events. We are home to multiple galleries with rotating exhibitions. And we support it all with blazing fast WiFi!

  • Coworking and office memberships include monthly guest passes according to contract plan. Social members are welcome to entertain two guests per member during business hours on the 1st floor. Guest policies vary for ticketed events.

  • Members are able to politely conduct phone and video calls within most common area workspaces. Use of speaker phones is not permitted and headphones should be used when conducting ZOOM calls in common areas. In all cases, thoughtfulness for those around you is expected.

  • Yes. Printing options are available for members.

    If you are a PC user, please do not attempt to print via IP Address or to use a driver other than the one designed for our printer. Please click here to access step-by-step instructions to install the correct driver. 

    If you are a Mac user, please print via IP Address: 192.168.1.99

    Printing is for member use only, and should be recorded in the printer log.

  • Shared workspace and office members are able to receive mail. Offices may be assigned an exclusive mailbox. Mail for shared workspace members will be received in a common mailbox and distributed by our staff.

  • Notice of cancellation must be delivered in writing to Vault Virginia management and is processed according to the terms of the contract.

  • No. There are no additional fees when joining Vault Virginia.

  • Yes. Day passes can be registered for through the member portal, by emailing us at info@vaultvirginia.com or submitting an inquiry using this form.

  • The Bradbury Café is available between 8am and 2pm on Vault Virginia’s 1st floor and is able to satisfy most food and beverage needs. Our event catering partner is Harvest Moon.

  • Gallery visits can be booked via the form at the bottom of this page.

  • Entrance from Main Street (downtown pedestrian mall) via The Bradbury is possible from 8am-2pm most weekdays. Our entrance on 3rd Street is available 24/7 to most members and between 8am-5pm on weekdays for all members and guests.

  • Vault Virginia does not provide parking for members or validate parking for guests, however Charlottesville has a generous downtown parking program managed by Lanier Parking. Additional information can be found here. The Water Street Garage is located across the street from the back of our building.

  • We love pets but cannot allow them in the shared workspaces at Vault Virginia. Exceptions shall be made for service dogs and as required by applicable Virginia and federal statutes. To seek written permission to bring an animal into the Building, a member should contact management at (510) 633-3400. Additional information about our rules and etiquette can be found here.

  • Vault Virginia’s break room is on the 2nd floor and is equipped with glasses, mugs, bowls, plates, utensils, as well as refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster-oven, still and sparkling water dispenser. We brew locally roasted coffee. Some additional snacks and beverages are available for purchase.
